DESCRIPTION:

With its high oil content, XDP1000 delivers superior lubrication, resulting in an excellent surface finish and prolonged tool life. Free from harmful chemicals like chlorine and formaldehyde, it is safe for hands and fully WHS compliant. Works well on metals like steel, copper, and brass.

APPLICATION:

XDP1000 is a concentrate that must be diluted in water with a hardness between 50 and 500 ppm of CaCO3. The concentrate must be added to the water, not vice versa. The application concentration could be between 5% and 6% for light-duty operations and 8% to 10% for heavy-duty ones.
