Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days.
  • Delays: Order processing and delivery delays may occur for various reasons, including if an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Transit Calculations: When calculating transit times, please note that weekend days, public holidays, and events beyond our control (such as customs delays) are not included.

Shipping Providers

  • Courier Selection: While your checkout cart may display a specific shipping carrier, we reserve the right to select an alternative, cost-effective courier. We will always ensure that the alternative carrier provides an equivalent service level to the one you selected (e.g., if you choose Express shipping, we will utilize a provider offering an Express service).
  • Security & Inspections: Please be aware that government authorities or our shipping partners may open and inspect your shipment at any time for verification or security purposes.

Delivery Locations & Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We cannot deliver heavy items (above 20kg) to PO Boxes. Additionally, please note that some of our courier partners do not accept deliveries to Post Office box numbers under any circumstances.
  • Safe Access: Our delivery personnel require safe and unobstructed access to the delivery point.
  • Roadside Deliveries: If your property receives a roadside delivery service, delivery is only made to the boundary of the property.
  • Business Deliveries: For large parcels delivered to the dock of a shop or business, the dock must be staffed, accessible by a van, and the driver wait time must not exceed 5 minutes.

Receiving Your Order

  • Bulky Products: For the delivery of bulky products, the customer must ensure they have adequate site access and must provide their own forklift for unloading.
  • Authority to Leave: If the delivery address is unattended and you have given written authority to leave the parcel, the shipment may be left at the unattended address.
  • Signature Required & Restricted Access: If an article requires a signature but the property has restricted access or a delivery impediment (such as a locked gate), the parcel will be carded for collection.
  • Undeliverable Items & Second Attempts: Where a courier is unable to complete a delivery, they may attempt a second delivery or deliver the shipment to a designated collection location for the receiver to collect. We are not liable for any charges incurred for making a second or subsequent delivery attempt; these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please review your shipping information carefully. If we are unable to deliver a shipment because an incorrect address was provided, additional charges may apply.
