DESCRIPTION:

NEW PFERD-COMBICUT tungsten carbide burrs with the cut MX NCC were designed especially for general use. They have a good stock removal rate when used on different materials.

The set contains the four most common shapes in the general cut MX NCC. The robust round plastic box with a screw-on top protects the tools against dirt and damage.

ADVANTAGES:

• Good stock removal rate and tool life.
• Cost-effective stock removal when used on a wide variety of materials.
• The highly accurate concentricity enables impact­free working without creating chatter marks, considerably reducing wear on the tool and tool drive.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE:

• Use the highest rotational speeds possible. Please observe our recommended rotational speeds/cutting speeds in this respect.
• The contact area between the burr and the workpiece must not exceed 30 % of the total burr surface.
