 Why To Use Filter Ex Air Filter?

Clean and dry air without oil particles is essential part for the proper function of the cutting system. Compressed air filter
„Filter-Ex“ has been designed to remove moisture, oil aerosols and particulates coming from the compressed air and
provides clean, dry and oil-free air, essential for plasma cutting system. It can also be recommended as
supplemental filtration equipment for air dryers, and main filtration, which are part of the compressor.
If the filter is absent for a certain time, the torch may accumulate sediments, which can cause a short circuit and can do
damage or destroy the torch. The filter helps to eliminate effects caused by undesirable particles or moisture condensation
in the air, which affects not only the quality of the cut, but also prolongs the life of the cutting system and electrodes.

This filter does not fall under the specification of pressure equipment and doesn’t need revision.
