DEOX R60 Heavy Duty Silicone Spray CT-R60-300

DESCRIPTION:

Chemtools® R60 is a multipurpose silicone spray that displaces water, repels moisture, cleans, penetrates, lubricates, and prevents corrosion. It is very effective for reducing adhesion and friction, especially in the plastics, food, and electronics industries.
Also used for general maintenance of machinery and equipment. Effective in marine environments for protection from salt spray deposits. Other applications include the lubrication of curtain tracks, sliding doors and windows, sliding plastic surfaces, guides, and conveyors.
R60 is widely used as a mold release agent in the plastics molding industry. Will not adversely affect rubber, paintwork, or most plastics. May affect some silicone rubbers and some other delicate plastics.
It is recommended to test before applying. Do not apply to surfaces that will require painting. R60 is flammable and should not be sprayed onto live electrical equipment.

DIRECTIONS:

• Power off any live electrical equipment. Shake can well before use.
• Apply a light, even film onto a clean surface.

Use only in a well-ventilated area. Avoid prolonged breathing of the spray or mist. Avoid contact with the skin and eyes. Read the product SDS for more information.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place, in tightly closed original containers, at a room temperature of between 5°C to 40°C. Do not place in direct sunlight or near any heat source.

None of these materials should be used, stored, or transported until the handling precautions and recommendations stated in the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for this and all other products being used are understood by all persons working with the material.
