The semi-automatic manifold range is designed to operate on single cylinders, cylinder packs, liquid vessels or combinations of them. They are designed to provide a continuous supply of gas, automatically changing from an empty bank to a full one, thus avoiding interruption of gas supply to the downstream pipeline and equipment.

The fully automatic manifold range is designed to operate on single cylinders, cylinder packs, liquid vessels or combinations of them. They are designed to provide a continuous supply of gas, automatically changing from an empty bank to a full one and then back again when the empty side is re-supplied, without the manifold being re-set, thus avoiding interruption of gas supply to the downstream pipeline and equipment. They are ideal for Laser applications.

The Semi-Automatic Panel is available as an individual item. It consists of two high pressure regulators and a line pressure regulator, all with pressure gauges. The inlets are fitted with non-return valves and isolation valves (with OPEN and CLOSE windows) as required by the standard. A lever on the right hand regulator indicates the supply side and requires to be re-set on each changeover. Accessories such as safety relief valve / Flashback arrestor units and out of gas alarm systems can be added.
