Domestic Delivery Policy

Shipment processing time
 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Backorders
 

Our website tries to be transparent as possible regarding stock. You will be contacted as soon as possible if there are any issues with your order. If there is an order with some backordered products and others that are in stock then the order will be sent once everything is ready.
 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 

We use multiple couriers to keep costs down. Customers are given a choice depending on their locations at the checkout. The cost and estimated time will be shown before purchase.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
 

You will receivea Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
 

All orders are GST inclusive.
 

National Welding and Industrial Supplies is not responsible for any overseas customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
 

Damages
 

National Welding and Industrial Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Alternatively contact us and we’ll help you out.
 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
