PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

2C Adhesive is a two-pack system consisting of a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive and an aerosol activator.

APPLICATIONS:

• Bonding of wooden miter joints
• Fixing and repairing wooden parts
• Suitable for the fast bonding of e.g. MDF, plastics, metal, timber, porcelain, cork, leather, ceramics, cardboard, paper, and rubber.

SHELF LIFE:

At least 12 months in unopened packaging in a dry storage place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C. Protect against frost.

SUBSTRATES:

Substrates: Most surfaces, both porous and non-porous. close-fitting surfaces, both porous and non-porous. The surfaces need to be smooth and have a perfectly fitting contact area. Nature: clean, dry, free of dust and grease. Surface preparation: No pretreatment is required. We recommend a preliminary adhesion test on
every surface.
APPLICATION METHOD:

Application method: Spray one surface with an activator. Apply the adhesive drop by drop to the other surface. Bring materials together, position immediately and press firmly for at least 1 minute. Reseal the adhesive bottle tightly immediately after use. 
Cleaning: Uncured adhesive can be removed from substrates and tools with adhesive remover 90A, cured adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
Repair: With the same material

HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Take the usual labor hygiene into account. Take care not to have glue between fingers or eyelids. 2C Adhesive may cause serious eye damage. Keep out of reach of children. Protect the activator from sources of ignition. Consult label and material safety data sheet for more information.

REMARKS:

• After using, clean the nozzle and tube with a needle and close the cap.
• The product can be used without an activator but will cure much more slowly.
